Payment of Fees

In July, 2026, fees to Charlotte and Asheville begin at $250 for one or two people.  Fees are higher if the pick up point adds time or distance to the ride. 

 

A private shuttle like EZ Shuttle is convenient, built around your needs and schedule.  Services are provided by a highly experienced driver, a serious business in full compliance with NC law regarding commercial insurance and licensing.

If you are willing to give up convenience for a lower price, consider  Sunway busses, Hickory Hop or Uber.

FIRST TIME RIDERS

  1. Call or email to confirm availability and an estimate of the fee.

  2. Complete the Ride Request form sent to you. 

  3. How to send Fees and Deposits:

    1. Cash/Check

    2. Zelle:  Use my phone & email ‪(828) 406-6721 & richardstidyman@gmail.com)

    3. PayPal​: Search for RichardTidyman

    4. Venmo:  Search for @RichardTidyman

    5. Mail me a check. Call or text for address.

    6. CREDIT CARD: Processed through "Square."  We can take a credit card over the phone or in person.

  4. Fees vary based on distance, number of riders and time of day, e.g., early morning and late night driving may require a surcharge.  Rush hour driving, if anticipated may require a higher fee than non-rush hour driving.  

  5. You will be given a quote for the ride but if during the course of the ride, more driving or long waits are required, the total fee  may be higher.  Additional driving is calculated at $50/hour and waiting is charged $25/hour.

  6. Tips are greatly appreciated 

  7. Invoices and receipts provided upon request.

  8. Your feedback is always greatly appreciated.
