2. Send us your information in one of two ways.

• Preferably: Fill out the 2026 that Richard will send you.

• Also if easier for you,  email HCEZshuttle@gmail.com the following information:

1. Your email address

2. Date of service requested and preferred time

3. Phone number, preferably a cell

4. Contact name and total # of riders

5. Pick up location (Be specific)

6. Drop off location 

7. Emergency contact information. 

8. Flight number, esp. important for tracking flights for pick up.

9. Payment options including links, QR codes and a PDF with clickable links.

10. Cash, Check, Zelle,  PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card
